Senior Strength is a low-impact strength and stability class designed to support healthy aging and everyday movement. Exercises are done at a comfortable pace with options provided, making this class ideal for seniors and anyone looking for a gentle but effective strength-focused workout.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Please cancel at least 2 hours in advance to allow someone else to take your spot. Late Cancellations: • Drop-In / Single Session: Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice will still be charged. • Active Members: May cancel up to 30 minutes before class and have the class credited back to their membership. No-Shows: Missed classes without notice are considered no-shows. Drop-in sessions are non-refundable, and member classes will be deducted from the monthly total. Late Arrivals: For safety reasons, no entry will be allowed more than 10 minutes after class begins.
