Service Description

S.W.E.A.T (6-Week Endurance & Toning) is a progressive, full-body workout program designed to build strength, endurance, and functional fitness. Each 6-week cycle rotates training focus to keep workouts engaging, balanced, and effective. Classes are split across three days each week to train the entire body. Options and modifications are always provided, making this class approachable for all fitness levels.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Please cancel at least 2 hours in advance to allow someone else to take your spot. Late Cancellations: • Drop-In / Single Session: Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice will still be charged. • Active Members: May cancel up to 30 minutes before class and have the class credited back to their membership. No-Shows: Missed classes without notice are considered no-shows. Drop-in sessions are non-refundable, and member classes will be deducted from the monthly total. Late Arrivals: For safety reasons, no entry will be allowed more than 10 minutes after class begins.
