What happens if I am a current Vibe & Rise member?

Current Vibe & Rise members may continue to pay $8 per class for Zumba classes only until their membership expires. To use the discounted rate, please contact Erin directly or refer to the Vibe & Rise Member Hub for your discount code. This discounted rate does not apply to other class formats.

Is the Vibe & Rise membership still available?

No. The Vibe & Rise membership is no longer available for purchase and will not be renewable. Most members purchased in May 2025. When memberships expire in May 2026, members will transition to a new membership, a Fit4U Punch Card, or drop-in rates.

Why are there new memberships?

The new memberships are designed to replace paying per class and offer more flexibility, better value, and additional benefits. They allow you to mix and match classes and save money with consistent attendance.

What is the Healthy Flex (Limited) Membership?

The Healthy Flex Membership includes 8 classes per month that can be used across any class format for $59 per month. This option saves money compared to per-class pricing.

What is the Unlimited Harmony Membership?

The Unlimited Harmony Membership is ideal for anyone attending three or more classes per week. It includes unlimited classes, mix and match class formats, and the most membership benefits. Members who fully use this plan often pay less than $5 per class.

Are memberships month to month?

Yes. Memberships are billed monthly and may be canceled with 48 hours’ notice prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged.

What is the Fit4U Punch Card?

The Fit4U Punch Card includes 10 classes and is valid for 90 days from purchase. Punch cards can be purchased multiple times but do not include membership perks.

Is there a registration fee?

There is no registration fee for the Fit4U Punch Card. The Healthy Flex and Unlimited Harmony memberships do have a registration fee and include additional benefits and perks.

Do unused classes roll over to the next month?

What happens if I miss a class I booked?

If you cancel within the allowed time period, your class credit will remain available. If you are a no-show, the class will not be refunded and the credit will not be available. Please refer to the booking policy for details.

Are classes refundable?

Classes are not refundable. If you cancel at least two hours before the scheduled class, you may be eligible for a credit according to the booking policy.
